Use even light, keep the page flat and make sure the whole page is readable. Avoid glare and check the dish names and prices before visualising.

The food images are illustrations based on the menu. Actual plating and ingredients can differ. The restaurant is the place to check allergens, dietary needs and availability.

Open Your Menus in the app to revisit saved restaurants. Menus are saved locally on this device. Deleting a restaurant, clearing app storage or uninstalling can remove its files; cloud recovery is not available. Contact support with your device type and app version, never credentials.

Premium is coming soon and purchases are not currently available. For a released subscription, use the same store account used to subscribe and the app’s restoration option where available. For an unresolved issue, contact support. Never send payment details or passwords.

Review the recognised names, descriptions and sections. Correct mistakes before confirming. The restaurant remains authoritative for prices, ingredients, allergens and availability.

Retained menus may be available offline while a valid signed access lease lasts. Expiry, restart after reboot or changed entitlement can require online verification. Generation requires a connection; deleting local menus does not cancel a subscription.

Check your connection, allow access to the selected photo when requested and update the app. If a problem continues, contact @dine_vue with your device type, app version and a short description. Avoid personal information in screenshots.
